The higher you go

I read somewhere, the higher you go lonelier it becomes. It gets lonelier because the process of going higher involves working hard and being focused. Both require you to make sacrifices and compromises. The sacrifice involves spending lesser time with your family and friends. The sacrifice involves extreme focus on tasks at hand. The effort, endeavour and hard work gets the results, but you feel lonely. That is why we often hear – NO PAIN NO GAIN.

Very few people are willing to pay the price for success. The biggest and most successful firms follow the process of UP OR OUT. This means that you may have a large group of peers at the beginning, but as time passes and the the performers move higher, large amount of peers wither away. That js why, the higher you go, the lesser people you have,

As you go higher up the ladder, you find better quality players in the game of life. I am not saying necessarily better human beings or nicer people, I reiterate, better quality players in the game of life. In those terms, I say, the higher you go, the better quality you find. This segment of people have access to resources which allow them to enjoy all the good things life has to offer.

Therefore as you go higher you have access to a better quality of life to be more specific. You have the space to imagine and be creative. You have the freedom to do what your heart desires, than to be in a struggle to survive on a day to day basis.

The higher you go the more beautiful it becomes.
