When you are alive and active you will have a graph which is going up and down. Even when you have a ECG done for your heart, the chart shows movement both up and down. However for anyone who is dead the ECG shows a straight horizontal line.

When you are active and moving from one action to another, expect ups and downs, and not get upset when you have a down day or a down period, because that shows you are alive and active. I would say it is better to have a down leg than to die. Why because if you die, all hope is lost, but if you are alive you will still have a shot at making your life better.
Having accepted that ups and downs are a part of every persons life there are two important points to remember
Bring a Rhythm in your life. This rhythm comes with discipline and routine. Any individual who follows a process in both good times and bad times will be able to deal with ups and downs in a much better way than those who don’t. Those who don’t have a routine will be thrown off track in both good times and bad times (in good times they will lose focus and therefore good time will be lasting for a shorter period, whilst in bad times they will become anxious and depressed, because of which bad times will last longer). This means that highs will be lowers and lows will be abnormally low, this means longer term trajectory of life will show declining fortunes in every way and every aspect of life.

Whilst disciplined people who follow a routine and are disciplined will be upwardly mobile and will experience all round growth. The simple reason is that they are able to fight back quicker and their highs last longer and their lows last for shorter periods. This is because their routine keeps them in rhythm
.

Message is that in life everyone faces ups and downs. How you face life’s natural tests determines your graph. Your mental make up and resilience backed by high emotional quotient will ensure a more accomplished life.
Inactive life is not an insurance against life’s natural downturns but a guarantee for death.
Your happiness is your choice. Choose to act. Choose to move forward. Accept victories and defeats equally well. However give more importance to process and “current fights” /“challenges”.
